Overview
These terms govern your use of On The Map Studio's website design and hosting services. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We design, build, and host a website for your business. The specific scope depends on the tier you select. A preview we share with you reflects the work we propose; the final site is delivered after purchase and any agreed revisions.
Payment
Each tier has a one-time launch fee and, after an included hosting window, a recurring monthly hosting fee. Fees are shown at checkout. The monthly fee continues until you cancel, and covers hosting, maintenance, and minor updates.
Domain ownership
Any domain name registered for you is yours. You may move it to another provider at any time. Website content we create for you is yours once your launch fee is paid in full.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel monthly hosting at any time; your site stays live through the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied with the initial build, contact us within 14 days of launch and we will work to make it right or refund the launch fee.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, content, and images you provide, and for having the right to use them. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, On The Map Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
